He is <br /> recognized as an international leader in arboriculture and urban forestry, offering almost <br /> 20 years of experience. He is the author or co- author of over 60 technical publications <br /> including A Photographic Guide to the Evaluation of Hazard Trees in Urban Area, A <br /> Handbook for Hazard Tree Evaluation for Utility Arborlsts and Recognizing Ties <br /> Hazards. He is completing work on two new books: Trees and Development (co- <br /> authored with Nelda Matheny) and a revision to Richard Harris' Arboriculture (co- <br /> authored with Dr. Harris and Ms. Matheny). <br /> Jim's Curriculum Vitae is included in HortSclence's Description of Services booklet <br /> which accompanies this proposal <br /> FEES <br /> The fee to provide these services shall be billed on an hourly basis, not to exceed <br /> $5400, Services noted in the previous section as well as any requested by the client in <br /> addition to those listed above will be billed at the following hourly rates: <br /> Consultant $115.00 <br /> Field Technician/Draftsperson 380.00 <br /> Clerk $30.00 <br /> Direct expenses associated with providing the services described above such as <br /> reproduction, postage, etc. will be reimbursed at cost plus 10%.
