If the proposal is acceptable. please sign both and return one <br /> to me. Please note that I've included review of other work as part of my scope. <br /> If the proposal is acceptable, I suggest we schedule a date for the field portion of the <br /> evaluation. I could fly up in the morning and use the rest of the day to review the trees. <br /> I've assumed 12 hours of field time. Following that, I'd like to see the Resistograph <br /> results. report of Alan Kanaskle and others reports. 1'd then return to Pleasanton to <br /> prepare a report on my findings. <br /> I've set the fees as a hourly not -to- exceed. This allows for flexibility on both sides. I <br /> estimate expenses at about &500.
