The oral presentation will include written documentation <br /> of the material presented. <br /> A rough draft of the management plan is required within 120 days of the award of the contract. <br /> The project leader will be required to perform an oral presentation of the rough draft and respond <br /> to questions at a DAC meeting and a meeting for the general public, both to be scheduled within <br /> 30 days of formal submittal of the rough draft to the City. <br /> The final edition of the plan is required within 60 days of the consultant's receipt of comments <br /> regarding the rough draft from the DAC. <br /> The project leader will be required to perform a verbal presentation of the final draft and respond <br /> to questions at a DAC meeting and a meeting open to the public, both to be scheduled within 30 <br /> days of formal submittal of the final draft to the City. <br /> I Icndricks Park Forested Area Management flan -- Request for Proposals P 5 <br />
