Now we need the <br /> funding (endowments? private non - profit? City funds ?) to implement the hard <br /> work/planning of the DAC/David Reed & Associates. <br /> • Encourage regulating use of the park. It's necessary for the health of the park. <br /> • Eliminate the use of bicycles in the park. (Staff and citizens are currently covering the <br /> unofficial trails with brush and large branches.) <br /> • The speed on Summit is too fast. <br /> • Eliminate the use of alcohol or drugs in the park. <br /> • The signage on Orchard Street lead into a private driveway and needs to be changed. <br />
