On the second page, the paragraph citing the Dept of Fish and Wildlife <br /> letter: she was concerned that it could kill the deal if we were imply that <br /> the upland and riparian areas could never be changed. I deleted that last <br /> sentence and added: "Any future changes to the ponds area would require a <br /> permit process involving various regulatory agencies." <br /> Barbara also caught my mislabeling of Clear Lake Road on the aerial photos. <br /> The correction has been made. <br /> I'll have time Tuesday a.m. to synthesize your other suggestions into the <br /> final version for the Council packet at the end of the day. <br />
