Date: 06/09/92
From: Pam Berrian CEEXPCB - RIS1
To: Lee Beyer CEEBLLB - RIS1
John Etter CERMJFE - RIS1
cc: Johnny Medlin CEWMJRM - RIS1
Bob Hammitt CEWMJRH - RIS1
Linda Norris CEPNLHN - RIS1
Darcy Marentette CEEXDCM - RIS1
Subject: Golden Gardens
As I discussed with you this am, Lee, Linda brought up this upcoming council
agenda topic at yesterday's Council Officers (Jeff, Shawn, Bobby) mtg. They
requested that the item NOT be scheduled for June 17. Instead, they would
like a 2 -week span between a memo to council outlining the situation and any
council work session. June 24 is the council's last mtg before their July
break (won't meet again until July 27). I could schedule you for the 6 -24
session if you thought you could get a memo to council in this Friday's
packets. Linda Norris would like to review the draft of the memo. Council
officers asked that the memo include information about zoning, relatedness
to the PARCS MasterPlan, and whether the developers can project future water
needs and chemical use at the site. Thanks, PAMB
