Golden Gardens Ponds / Delta Ponds Enhancements Public <br /> Relations meeting and other information share. <br /> Notes <br /> 6/5/2008 <br /> In attendance: Terry Colvin, Paul Klope, Michelle Cahill, Scott Milovitch, Eric Jones, <br /> Charlie Heath, John Clark, Carolyn Weiss, Eric Wold, Robin Hostick, Johnny Medlin, <br /> Clara Matsler. <br /> GG Project details: <br /> ❑ Contractor: Kelly Construction <br /> ❑ Mobilization: 7/7/08 <br /> ❑ Completion of construction phase: 8/31/08 <br /> ❑ Planting: Later <br /> ❑ Hours of work: 7AM to 7 PM, or may extend from 6 AM to 8 PM to <br /> facilitate hauling of excavated material to Delta Ponds. <br /> ❑ 40 ac impacted by project out of 200 ac total. <br /> Contact for Public / Media <br /> GGP — Terry Colvin <br /> DP — Scott Milovich <br /> Park Closures: July 7 — Oct. 31 Vehicle closures — through June — 09 <br /> ❑ Complete closure of ponds area. ( July 2008 -June 2009) <br /> ❑ What about the other Park land not impacted? <br /> ❑ Close with signs.
