Area served <br />This information will be used to explain why there may be a difference between the population provided on the <br />General Demographic template and the residential population of the area served reported in Question 2 of this <br />template. It also helps other CPM participants understand the scope of your information technology operations. <br />If you select "a" or "b" below, please indicate in the comments section which entities or departments /divisions <br />you serve. <br />SELECT "A" IF your local government is the official provider of parks and recreation service to an area <br />outside the physical boundaries of your county, city, or town. An intergovernmental agreement or other official <br />arrangement must govern provision of these services. Do not check "a" if you simply provide mutual services or <br />the physical locations of your facilities or equipment are in areas directly over the border. <br />SELECT "B" IF your local government is the official provider of parks and recreation service to a smaller area <br />inside your county, city, or town. An example is county sheriff departments that do not provide service to <br />incorporated areas within their county boundaries. <br />SELECT "C" IF your local government is the official provider of parks and recreation service to an area that <br />exactly matches the physical boundaries of your county, city, or town. <br />F a.
