More than 335 acres of additional Ridgeline Trail properties have been acquired <br />to date and negotiations continue on several key parcels. A number of successful community park <br />acquisitions have taken place adding park land to Golden Gardens Park, Santa Clara Community <br />Park, and Amazon Park. Identifying undeveloped property that is suited to neighborhood park <br />development has proven challenging and more intensive in this area are underway in FY09. <br />
