More than 335 acres of additional Ridgeline Trail properties have been acquired to date and negotiations continue on several key parcels. A number of successful community park acquisitions have taken place adding park land to Golden Gardens Park, Santa Clara Community Park, and Amazon Park. Identifying undeveloped property that is suited to neighborhood park development has proven challenging and more intensive in this area are underway in FY09.
