APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> The committee reviewed the November 6, 1997, minutes of the CIC. <br /> Ms. Taylor moved, seconded by Mr. Colson, to approve the minutes of the <br /> November 6, 1997, meeting of the Citizen Involvement Committee. The motion <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> II. ELECTION OF CHAIR <br /> Mr. Colson moved to nominate Mr. Janisch as Chair of the Citizen Involvement <br /> Committee. <br /> Mr. Belcher moved to close nominations. <br /> Mr. Belcher moved to elect Mr. Janisch as Chair of the Citizen Involvement Commit- <br /> tee. <br /> Mr. Conrad moved to nominate Mr. Belcher as Vice -Chair of the Citizen Involvement <br /> Committee. <br /> Mr. Conrad moved to close nominations. <br /> MINUTES -- Citizen Involvement Committee December 11, 1997 Page 1 <br />
