Fraser today. It appears that Mr_ Fraser believes <br /> we may have some personal liability in the event he or his family suffer any injury to themselves <br /> or their property in connection with what he styles "the tree situation ". Whether this is the case <br /> could no doubt be disputed. None - the -less I have taken his advice and forwarded a copy of the <br /> letter to my various insurance carriers.
