The Garden shall be provided with orientation charts at its <br /> entrances, each subsection or special planting defined with <br /> appropriate interpretive introductions, and all permanent <br /> plant materials identified. <br /> b. The design of interpretive devices shall be an integral <br /> part of the design of the areas in which they are located. <br /> These devices shall not be obtrusive and should be easily <br /> read by any who seek them. <br /> c.
