Jeff Lankston <br /> also expressed strong opposition to allowing graffiti in the new skate parks. The City already has <br /> several sites where graffiti is allowed and Jeff doesn't want any more. The skate parks are on 4J <br /> property, so it's 4J's decision. <br /> Other: Bill said we have the IGA, Community Use Guidelines, and Youth Guidelines.
