11 /16 /01 FRI 15:10 FAX 541 682 6831 EUGENE -HRRS Ij001
City of Eugene
Human Resource and Risk Services
777 Pearl Street, Room 101
Eugene, OR 97401
541 -682 -5790 Fax: 541- 682 -6831
FAX TRANSMISSION COVER SHEET
Date: November 16, 2001
To: Johnny Medlin
Fax: 682 -4882
Re: City /4J IGA Amendment
Sender: Myrnie Daut
YOU SHOULD RECEIVE 2 PAGE(S), INCLUDING THIS PAGE. IF YOU DO NOT
RECEIVE ALL THE PAGES, PLEASE CALL 541 -682 -5790.
Johnny - I am faxing you the amendment to the IGA regarding operation of the park components
of the Youth Sports Parks which was previously proposed by 4J (section 5.25) via an e-mail from
Bill Hirsh. In the August City staff memo to Jim Johnson, we had assumed that under the City
Manager's preferred option, this amendment would now be processed.
You should check with Tim and Renee on the proposed changes to section 8.4(2) which are also
mentioned in Bill Hirsch's e-mail. My understanding is that the City supports these changes and
has already implemented them, but that the IGA has not been amended to reflect the changes.
Please call me or Cathy Joseph if you have any questions and /or would like us to review any IGA
changes proposed by 4J. Given the City Manager's direction, the amendment should not include
any changes in insurance or indemnification language.
