3. Use of Tobacco Products - The use of cigarettes, cigars and pipes or the oral <br /> use of tobacco products (i.e:, chewing tobacco) is strictly prohibited <br /> 4, Glass Containers - Beverage containers made of glass are not allowed anywhere <br /> in the Youth Sports Park. <br /> 5. Dogs are not allowed inside the gates of the artificial surface fields. Dogs on <br /> leashes may be brought into the Youth Sports Parks provided that they do not <br /> disrupt the activities, are not a physical or sound nuisance or danger, and provided <br /> that the owner's clean -up dog litter. <br /> 6. Food - Sunflower seeds, gum and peanut shells are not allowed on the artificial <br /> surface fields. <br /> 7. Shoes - Shoes with metal cleats are not allowed. All shoes shall be cleaned prior <br /> to entering field. <br /> 8. P.A. Systems - Setting up or using a public address system without written <br /> permission from the City of Eugene is prohibited. <br /> 9. Canopies and other Equipment - Setting up or constructing any temporary <br /> structures, including, but not limited to canopies and tents without permission from <br /> the City of Eugene is prohibited. <br /> 10. Supervision - The applicant is responsible for supervision of the facilities being <br /> used during the time he or she is scheduled using the facility. <br /> 11. Parking - Parking is restricted to designated areas only. All users should <br /> encourage participants and spectators to park in School District parking lots rather <br /> than on neighborhood streets. <br /> 12. Parking at Sheldon Youth Sports Park - Users are required to instruct <br /> participants and spectators to park in the Sheldon High School parking lot, east of <br /> the Sheldon Pool and Community Center. Please do not park in the Community <br /> Center parking lot or on neighborhood streets. <br /> 13. Pedestrian Gates at Sheldon Youth Sports Park - Users are required to lock the <br /> pedestrian gates along Norwood Street prior to any scheduled game and /or event <br /> and unlock them at the conclusion of the event. <br /> 14. The City of Eugene reserves the right to monitor the event at any time for <br /> compliance with the regulations, policies and terms of this application. <br /> 15. Failure to comply with the regulations, policies and terms of this application may <br /> cause the using group to lose the right to use the facilities. <br /> 16. The City of Eugene reserves the right to delegate responsibilities to <br /> representatives of Eugene School District 4J. <br /> -3- <br />
