The team identified the primary lead Division(s') or team responsible for the function(s). <br /> 4. The team analyzed the casual relationships among the hindering forces. <br /> 5. The team identified the key issues <br /> 6. The team analyzed one of the key issues (listed below) with a modified force field <br /> analysis method. The team decided not to continue with this tool at this time. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> The analysis revealed that the problems are systemic to the Department. Further analysis <br /> should address the drivers and key issues below because they are interrelated.
