MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Johnny Medlin, John Etter, Dick Morgan, Tim Rhay, Doug Post <br /> FROM: Louis Kroeck <br /> DATE: November 22, 1993 <br /> SUBJECT: Shasta Ballfield Lighting Bid Proposal <br /> Bid proposal by Lantz Electric for revising contract 93 -36, job #3112 to <br /> light Shasta Ballfield rather then Ascot Ballfield. <br /> BID PROPOSAL <br /> The bid is $189,875 to install a 14 pole Musco sportsfield lighting system at <br /> Shasta Ballfield. This does not include removal of the existing lighting <br /> system. The Contractor is offering a $7,500 deduction if we want to do the <br /> trenching using City staff. Trenching includes some concrete removal and <br /> replacement. <br /> CONTRACT AND BUDGET ADDITION <br /> Addition to existing contract is $81,846.50. This includes work to date at <br /> Ascot Ballfield.
