PLANNING AND COORDINATION <br /> The City of Eugene and School District 52 will appoint staff members <br /> on a joint committee to review and recommend courses of action necessary <br /> to implement this agreement or to submit progress reports as necessary to <br /> keep the general public and governing agencies aware of status and progress. <br /> V. FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION <br /> 1. Degree or amount of financial participation must be decided prior to <br /> implementation of a school -park project, taking into consideration budget <br /> limitations and project scheduling. <br /> 2. Equal participation (50 - 50) by both agencies is the ultimate goal.
