The effects of this measure have not been fully determined. Questions at the <br /> State level need to be addressed before local governments realize the extent of the reductions. <br /> Because the efforts of this committee could be impacted by these reductions, we wanted to <br /> provide you with the limited information we have thus far. The attached packet was provided to <br /> the City Council before the measure's passage to reflect the possible reductions.
