Organize educational programs in summer months which would include outreach <br /> education on the history of the different ethnic populations of the Whiteaker area; <br /> workshops; walks; horticulture and gardening; art, crafts, and hobby classes; and visits <br /> to the park by school groups and youth organizations. <br /> The neighborhood group is encouraged to promote any of these activities mentioned in <br /> recommendations 18 through 21, keeping in mind the size and nature of the park.
