2. In addition to any other measures that may be implemented to ensure that entry to <br /> the closed portion of Scobert Park is restricted, the City shall maintain fences or other barriers <br /> around the closed area and shall post clearly visible signs at such locations as deemed <br /> appropriate, advising the public that, pursuant to this Administrative Order No. 58- 12 -05, entry <br /> into the fenced area is prohibited and any unauthorized person entering or remaining within the <br /> area after the date of closure will be violating the Parks and Open Space Rules (Administrative <br /> Order No. 58- 09- 11 -F), punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 or confinement in jail not to <br /> exceed 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Dated this fg -day of 11't ' (L , 2012. <br /> K rt Corey, Execu • Director <br /> Public Works Depa , i i ent <br /> Administrative Order - Page 2 of 2 <br />
