Current concrete floors will be covered <br /> with linoleum, walls in treatment room will be insulated and covered with <br /> washable material (e.g., formica). Restroom /lab needs improved ventilation <br /> and it, as well as all doorways, need to be brought up to ADA standards; sink <br /> needs to be added in food preparation area Area behind building needs to be <br /> cleaned out (where hillside was cut away) and gutters need to be checked to <br /> stop seepage at bottom of back wall. <br /> The treatment center, caretaker's quarters, and pump house have been recently <br /> re- roofed; all need painting. <br />
