To do this, pick up the receiver, dial *3 2300, wait <br /> for the pause, then hang up (display will say "SET "). <br /> 3. Go to the front desk phone (5220) and cancel the forward all calls to the ECC. To do this, dial * *3. <br /> To forward calls to the regular Public Works message, pick up the receiver, hit the CF -A button, <br /> then dial 2300, wait for the pause, then hang up (display will say "SET "). <br /> Closing Procedures for the Front Office <br /> 1. When the front office phones are no longer needed, forward Peggy's phone to the normal message <br /> about Public Works hours.
