2. A determination that the slope or bank failure constitutes an emergency and <br /> threatens public safety or the structural integrity of an adjacent or downstream <br /> legally constructed structure, <br /> 3. A declaration that immediate repair of the slope or bank failure is necessary to <br /> protect public safety or the structural integrity of structures(s) described under <br /> subsection 2. <br /> 4. A statement that the method of repair will minimize impacts to riparian and in <br /> stream habitat to the greatest extent practicable. <br /> The remaining listed projects that are outside the Club House reach, do not meet the criteria <br /> for an emergency repair, and therefore are subject to Standards Review Approval. As per <br /> the provisions set forth in the pending Financial Assistance Agreement between ETA and the <br /> City, ETA is responsible for acquiring all regulatory permits applicable to the proposed <br /> projects. Completed projects beyond those referenced above (projects 10 through 14) for <br /> which Standards Review Approval has not been granted will be considered out of compliance <br /> with this agreement and therefore not eligible for financial reimbursement by the City. <br /> If you have additional questions related to the application of the /WR Water Resources <br /> Conservation Overlay District to the proposed activities, please contact Neil Bjorklund, 682- <br /> 5507.
