The City Manager of the City of Eugene orders and directs that: <br /> 1. Administrative Order No. 57- 91 -03, any other administrative order in conflict <br /> herewith, and the delegations contained therein, are hereby rescinded, as of the effective <br /> date of this Administrative Order. <br /> 2. The Executive Director of the Public Works Department is hereby designated <br /> as the person to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Executive Director of the <br /> Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department in Sections 2.812 to 2.817 of the <br /> Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> 3. The Executive Director of the Public Works Department is further authorized <br /> to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the City Manager to designate areas within <br /> City parks where dogs may be allowed to run off leash as set forth in Section 4.330 of the <br /> Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> 4.
