Planning Division prior to staff preparation of the Conditional Use Permit <br /> Agreement. <br /> The contact person for Condition 2 is Les Townzen, Deputy Fire Marshal, Permit <br /> and Information Center, 687 -5086. <br /> 3. The applicant shall secure from the City of Eugene Public Works <br /> Department an appropriate agreement from the City of Eugene <br /> confirming use of the parking lot serving the Maurie Jacobs Memorial <br /> Park for necessary parking space use and access. <br /> The contact person for Condition 3 is William French, Planning Division, 687 -5481. <br /> 4. Provide a minimum of nine vehicular parking spaces for the development. <br /> 5. The detached play shelter cannot be more than 15 feet in height as <br /> defined by Eugene Code. In addition, no more than two detached <br /> accessory buildings can be located on the property. <br /> 6. The north identity sign cannot exceed 32 square feet in area and cannot <br /> be higher than 5 feet above grade. The "service only" sign on the south <br /> cannot exceed three square feet in area nor be higher than five feet <br /> above grade. <br /> 7. Require conformance to the noise standards established in Eugene Code <br /> Section 9.644 so that neighbors are not exempted from any kind of <br /> noise protection. <br /> 8.
