We need <br /> to remain at our present location until then, hopefully under a memorandum of understand- <br /> ing with the City which would continue the status quo (or some mutually advantageous <br /> modification) with respect to our use of the current facility. We are launching a major <br /> capital fundraising campaign for a new building, in addition to the funds we seek via a <br /> block grant.
