We are targeting a move to a new facility optimally in late 1995 or early 1996. We need to remain at our present location until then, hopefully under a memorandum of understand- ing with the City which would continue the status quo (or some mutually advantageous modification) with respect to our use of the current facility. We are launching a major capital fundraising campaign for a new building, in addition to the funds we seek via a block grant. A lease of our current facility at "fair market value" rather than our current arrangement would most likely delay date we could vacate our current premises.
