CITY and COUNTY agree to meet on a regular basis (at least every 6 months or more often if <br /> necessary) to review annexations and prior to expiration of this agreement to discuss terms <br /> of extending or terminating the agreement. <br /> 10. Liability <br /> a. Each of the parties hereto agrees to indemnify and save harmless the other party hereto <br /> from any claim, liability or damage resulting from any error or omission and/or negligence <br /> of the indemnifying party, its officers, agents or employees relative to the responsibilities of <br /> the indemnifying party under this agreement. <br /> 11.
