COUNTY agrees to provide future operational maintenance (excluding facility permit) <br /> issuance and enforcement) of CITY owned portions of roads within annexed subdivisions <br /> as they occur within areas north of Belt Line between the Willamette River and Northwest <br /> Expressway and areas north of Maxwell between River Road and Northwest Expressway. <br /> h. Upon written request by CITY and consent thereof by COUNTY, COUNTY agrees to provide <br /> operational maintenance upon those new CITY roads created by subdivisions /annexations <br /> that are removed from efficient CITY maintenance by physical proximity until such time that <br /> it is deemed to be more efficient for CITY to provide maintenance. <br /> 9. Duration of Agreement. <br /> a.
