ACCOMPLISHMENT OF JOB TASKS <br /> Perform all duties We will perform job duties effectively and productively by <br /> effectively and <br /> productively <br /> 1) Taking responsibility for our job performance; <br /> 2) Setting work priorities and practices that support achievement of <br /> Department, division, and unit performance goals; <br /> 3) Seeking appropriate help in resolving work - related or personal <br /> problems before they interfere with our work; <br /> 4) Performing all job duties within the standards set for our positions, <br /> and notifying supervisors when backlogs or unexpected priority <br /> work threatens to delay essential tasks; <br /> 5) Recognizing that we are providing essential services and represent <br /> the Department when dealing with the general public and others; <br /> 6) Offering suggestions, through our supervisors and other established <br /> means, for improving the performance of our work unit and the <br /> Department; <br /> 7) Accepting organizational change that occurs after discussion and <br /> input, helping positively in the implementation of change, and <br /> keeping an open mind new and creative environments that foster <br /> new ideas; <br /> 8) Complimenting excellent customer service and work performance <br /> we observe in the workplace, recognizing success in achieving <br /> goals and improving processes. <br /> Page 6 D - <br />
