110 8 3 #51 Haven't read them lately.
1 think some (lots) people are afraid to be efficient...they think they will run out of work and a job.
151 8 3 #7 Not always in good time
#58 Haven't but feel I could
#59 I've never met my Exec
Survey needs something in between agree /disagree. A lot of questions state in my "division" and
it's hard to say based on that scale.
152 8 3 I would like more direction from City Council. I would also like to see more interaction between
employees of all levels and City Council.
704 8 3 The exempt comp policy of x vacation days for all extra hours is somewhat vague, (i.e. what are
extra hours ?) Are we really expected to work 45 hours a week on average? How does this
contribute to a healthy whole person and encourage them to have a life?
135 8 3 Would like to be able to have a sometime box because some items I don't agree with or disagree
with...more of a sometimes thing.
788 8 3 #25 Departments need to know who is doing what where
Departments need to work.together in doing need CIP work to max the $$ in the system.
498 8 3 Some great co- workers. A lot of bad managers.
131 8 3 I wish that my division manager would have come around to introduce herself at least once before
one left. (I've been here a year.) I am working for parks and open space which is a major public
work program. I never felt like there was any interest or support from the division manager for
what we're doing in our parks. I hope the future manager does a better job of 1) welcoming new
employees every 6 months or so and 2) is passionate about our public open spaces and the
program in general. Thanks — also I think this survey would be more useful to me if there was a
"neutral" answer to the questions. It seems black and white sometimes "don't know" doesn't seem
appropriate either. Thank you
•
