<br /> Please be aware that I and other managers of this organization take this policy very seriously.
<br /> Any behaviors in the work place that violate the policy will not be tolerated. Appropriate
<br /> disciplinary action will be taken if there are violations. I will seek the highest level of
<br /> disciplinary action for the particular incident, including termination.
