Section 10: Field Sponsorship, Advertising and Concessions <br /> District reserves the right to determine sponsorships, advertising, and concessions related to <br /> the Fields after consultation with the User Committee. <br /> Section 11: Special Campus Concerns <br /> 11.1 Campus Security. City and District recognize and support modest and safe use of <br /> the Fields owned by District, by neighbors and the community, during the instructional day as long <br /> as the use does not disrupt the operation of school or the instructional program. City and District <br /> agree to the following: <br /> 11.1.1 The facilities described in Section 1 of this Agreement that are located on <br /> District property will be used in a fashion that maximizes community use. However, such <br /> use must be compatible with protecting the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors. <br /> District reserves the right to control use and access to the facilities during the instructional <br /> day from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all weekdays. <br /> 11.1.2 District reserves the right to restrict partial or all use for up to 48 hours to <br /> respond to a safety or welfare emergency. The Superintendent or designee will inform City <br /> Manager or designee of such a decision. Any restriction that extends beyond 48 hours <br /> requires the concurrence of the Superintendent and City Manager or their designees. <br /> 11.1.3 The Meadow View School Field will be posted with signs informing the <br /> public that the area is Bethel School District property, is closed during school hours, and that <br /> public use is welcome during non - school hours, but may be restricted without prior notice for <br /> security reasons. <br /> 11.1.4 The Willamette High School Field will be posted with signs informing the <br /> public that the area is Bethel School District property and that public use is welcome with <br /> permission from the WHS Athletic Department, but may be restricted without prior notice <br /> for security reasons. <br /> 11.2 Dogs. Dogs will not be permitted inside the stadium fences of the Fields, unless they <br /> are service dogs. <br /> 11.3 Parking During the Instructional Day.
