4. Portable Toilets. All portable toilets shall be maintained according to the vendor's <br /> guidelines. High use may require more frequent servicing and/or additional units, which may <br /> be provided by, or at the expense of, user groups. Service visits shall ensure adequate supply of <br /> paper, and that the facilities are functional and reasonably clean. The City shall manage and <br /> maintain the portable toilets at Meadow View School Field, and the District shall maintain the <br /> portable toilets at Willamette High School Field. <br /> 5. Inspection. District and City staff shall inspect the Field facility at least five (5) times <br /> each week. <br /> 6. Other Features.
