Review Draft Eastern Gateway Wetland Restoration Site - Annual Report <br /> - of 1,900 cubic yards of fill material) of wetland. <br /> • Richardson Bridge Low Income Housing Project: <br /> The purpose of this project is to create a demonstration low income housing <br /> development to . help address the significant need for affordable housing in the <br /> area. Six small wetlands' on the development would be impacted for a total of <br /> .40 acres (1,036 cubic yards of fill material) of wetland impact. <br /> • Warehouse facility at 950 Tyinn Street (TSR: 17- 04 -35- 00924) <br /> This project included the building of a warehouse and parking lot facility. The <br /> Tyinne Partnership project impacted two small wetlands for a total of .5 acres <br /> (1427 cubic yards of fill) of impact. <br /> • BPA Substation improvement, Goshen <br /> The purpose of this project is connect the existing Marion-Alvey 500 -kV <br /> transmission line into the new 500kV yard under construction for the Alvey- <br /> Meridian transmission line. It is necessary to place structures in the area in <br /> order to access the existing Alvey Substation and cross I -5 and Highway 99. <br /> Two exiting structures will be dismantled, and replaced by five riew structures. <br /> Of the five new structures, two are located in a wetland; none of the structures <br /> to be removed are in a wetland. The wetland impact consists of excavation for <br /> locating four footings. Approximately 0.25 acres (1100 yards of fill <br /> material) of the 8.7 acre palustrine, emergent, seasonally flooded wetland area. <br /> Project participants were all authorized under ORS 196.825 and are authorized <br /> by federal nation wide permit. Eligibility to use the mitigation bank was <br /> determined by DSL. The mitigation replacement ratios for projects require <br /> wetland compensatory mitigation were established by DSL. Refer to Appendix <br /> for a copy of the MOA which list the operation provisions of the bank. <br /> The following table summarizes the projects included in the Eastern Gateway <br /> wetland restoration project. <br /> Page <br />
