The purpose of the PAR analysis is to estimate the perpetual <br /> costs of management for these wetland preserves. It is expected that this process will <br /> be helpful to the City of Eugene in formulating funding for their permanent protection. <br /> This letter documents the assumptions under which the PAR was prepared for three of <br /> the wetland preserves within the West Eugene Wetland Program WEWP and <br /> summarizes the results of each PAR. A majority of each property is designated <br /> jurisdictional wetland.
