Attachment A <br /> MINUTES <br /> Wetland Executive Team <br /> West Eugene Field Office, Bureau of Land Management, 751 Danebo <br /> July 27, 2001 <br /> 2 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Ron Adams (Oregon Youth Conservation Corps), Kurt Corey (City of <br /> Eugene), Wade Stampe (Army Corps of Engineers), Julia Dougan (Bureau of Land <br /> Management), Forrest Cameron, Stephen Zylstra, Carol Schuler (US Fish and Wildlife <br /> Service), members; Cheryl Zwillinger (Looking Glass), Scott Duckett (City of Eugene), <br /> Ed Alverson (The Nature Conservancy), Patricia Johnston (Bureau of Land <br /> Management), Johnny Medlin (City of Eugene), Mike Running (McKenzie River Trust), <br /> and Chris Schuster (Army Corps of Engineers), guests; Steve Gordon, Megan Banks <br /> (Lane Council of Governments), staff <br /> The official meeting was preceded by the 2001 wetland award ceremony. Awards were given to <br /> Lane County Audubon Society, The Rachel Carson Center for Natural Resources at Churchill <br /> High School, Bruce Newhouse and Roy Titus. <br /> The Wetland Executive Team (WET) also toured the Lower Amazon Restoration project prior to <br /> the meeting. <br /> LCOG hosted a tour of the broader west Eugene wetlands project for USFWS representatives and <br /> other interested WET members earlier in the morning. <br /> 1. REVIEW AGENDA AND INTRODUCTIONS <br /> Mr. Adams called the WET meeting to order. Those present introduced themselves. <br /> 2. APPROVAL OF APRIL 20, 2001, MINUTES <br /> Mr. Corey moved, with a second by Mr. Cameron, to approve the minutes of April 20, 2001. The <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> 3.
