We know that several people had been <br /> previously briefed about the spectra site but I guess someone forgot. Hope that <br /> its not going to be a big problem but continues to send the wrong message about <br /> maintenance division and the future role of the department each time something <br /> like this happens. The act showed good initiative if we where in another part <br /> of town but not here. We utlimately will be responsible for the spectra site <br /> (city ownership now). Thought you should know. We will continue to help as <br /> much as we can.
