The Amazon work near spectra
physics is the most disconcerting. I don't know what it will take to finally
get people to stay in the area defined. We know that several people had been
previously briefed about the spectra site but I guess someone forgot. Hope that
its not going to be a big problem but continues to send the wrong message about
maintenance division and the future role of the department each time something
like this happens. The act showed good initiative if we where in another part
of town but not here. We utlimately will be responsible for the spectra site
(city ownership now). Thought you should know. We will continue to help as
much as we can. Richard and I talked to
Bob about when and where we needed to contact Engineering about slump
repair on the Amazon. Since you probably have the busies schedule, I
thought I would start with you. I will be gone next Thur, Fri, and
and the following Mon. This can be a short meeting, so let me know
