The Corps does <br /> not have this same 5 acre rule. Deborah should hear from Glenn this week as to whether 5 acre rule will <br /> apply to bank or not. At issue is whether to allow private mitigation on public land. This discussion was to <br /> be continued at Thursday's wetheads meeting. <br /> The potential usefulness of GPS for mitigation work as money saver was raised. <br />
