Three things we said we would do (and haven't done yet): <br /> County adoption of setbacks <br /> Rezoning to NR district (lands acquired) <br /> Amending Metro Plan to show all sites as NR <br /> Question on Growth Mgmt Study - will they decide to expand UGB or not? <br /> NR Study part of stormwater study - 60 sites citywide that needed assessment - got about 20 sites ( ?) <br /> Neil wants to ID most important aspects of planning, address as unified front. Basin plans advisory - <br /> Basin Plan could include recommendations for updating refinement plan. <br /> Stream buffer - citywide, stream setbacks with teeth - priority <br /> Metro Plan amendments - 3 jurisdictions - application of NR - could wait a year. <br /> Local Permitting - need to look at soon, DSL /Corps process strategize play into this <br /> Strategic Planning (including WET /Wetheads relationship - High priority (more staff level) part of this - i.d. <br /> update Willow Creek Refinement Plan. <br /> Know priorities to take advantage of funding. <br /> Basin plan will provide lots of info on Willow Creek R.P.; Basin plan bases for developing development <br /> standards. <br /> Need good faith effort on setbacks outside city limits - May be better accomplished from stormwater <br /> platform. <br />
