MAR20.'DOC <br /> Page 12 <br /> WETHEADS DECISIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS FOR MARCH 1997 <br /> 1.The Wetheads agreed to discuss the relationship of the restoration criteria to the development criteria at a future <br /> meeting. <br /> 2.The Wetheads devoted the majority of the March 20 meeting and subsequent special meetings held on March 24 <br /> and April 1 to review and discussion of the plan amendments package. The Wetheads arrived at a series of <br /> recommendations for the Hyundai site, Eugene speedway site, and EWEB substation site, and concurred on <br /> a recommendation for a policy addressing existing utility lines in protected wetlands. A final decision on a <br /> policy addressing planned utility lines in protected wetlands was deferred pending Ms. Evans' discussions on <br /> the topic with Public Works staff about the need for proposed sewer line extensions in the plan area. <br />
