C6b, Wetlands C4, C5, C6a, C6b Cab are proposed to be impacted by Beltline Road
widening. These sites and subsequently identified wetlands constitute 12 to 14 acres of
wetland impact. An individual permit will be required for the Beltline Road project from
the Department of Transportation.
Fill sites El a and El b are agricultural sites that have been recently considered as a
combined mitigation site for the Beltline Road widening project. These sites constitute
6.5 acres of wetland. Approval of the Plan does not approve filling or development of
these sites.
Fill sites A4b, A4c and A4g are contiguous, relatively isolated and altered sites. The
remainder of the sites designated for development lie south of West 1 lth avenue,
isolated from the Amazon Channel. A detailed alternatives analysis is contained in the
Revised Alternatives Analysis Chapter VII West Eugene Wetlands Special Area Study
Technical Report. The sites proposed for approval under this order total 197.5 acres.
Wetlands Proposed For Individual Review
Sites Proposed Approval Status Size (acres)
El a, El b 6.5 Not approved for development.
