Provide the network forcommunication and coordinated decision- making regarding capital improvements and <br /> management of the west Eugene wetlands system <br /> 3. 'Provide efficiencies 6y cooperating in the management of the wetland system in ways that take advantage of the <br /> strengths of the partners in a shared arrangement fiorthe mutua(6enefit of the environment and the pu6fic. <br /> 4. Provide a forum fin reso(ving conflicts in the spirit of using open communications as an opportunity to find <br /> positive solutions to pro6(ems. <br /> S.
