Open drainage ditch from <br /> Lassen St. to the north edge of Trainsong Park has a history of use as an illegal dumping site for <br /> old appliances, tires, animal carcasses, household garbage, and drug paraphemalia resulting in <br /> citizen complaints/requests for City maintenance action. <br /> • Recommended Solution: Enclose ditch to pipe from beginning of ditch at Lassen St. to <br /> the north edge of Trainsong Park. If system is to connect with existing or proposed <br /> systems to the west, include piped crossing under Hwy 99 with the impending <br /> reconstruction project. <br /> • Status: Preliminary design options established.
