U7 <br /> ‹ C December 7, 1965 <br /> CL <br /> The Annual Meeting of the McKenzie Water Control District was <br /> duly held, after proper notice of annual meeting published in accordance <br /> O <br /> O with Oregon statutes, at 601 Willakenzie Road, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon <br /> OD <br /> on December 7, 1965 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. <br /> The meeting was called to order by President, Richard W. Reed. <br /> Four land owners in the District were present. <br /> Nominations for three directors to serve for the ensuing three • <br /> years were opened and Frank Schwarz, William Holly and Roy Platt were <br /> nominated. On motion duly made and seconded, the nominations were closed. <br /> A vote was taken and each of the above named persons were unanimously elected <br /> as Directors to serve for the ensuing three years. <br /> There being no further business to come before the meeting, on <br /> motion duly made and seconded, it was adjourned at 8:30 p.m. <br /> /.7% 7 /' /' <br /> Gerald E.
