fy 9 WHEREAS, Notice of said first hearing on said petition was duly and regularly published in the Eugene Register Guard, a newspaper within the meaning of the statutes of the State of Oregon, published in the City of Eugene, County of Lane, State of Oregon, and of general circulation within the area within the boundaries proposed for said district and described in said petition, once each weak for four successive weeks and the last publication of which was more than ten days prior to the date set for said hearing, and WHEREAS, said first hearing on said petition was held on the 17th day of September, 1947, at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. in the County Court Room of the County Court House in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and adjourned by the Court to the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. on the 29th day of September, 1947, at said place, and subsequently adjourned by the Court to the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. on the 20th day of October, 1947, at said place, and WHEREAS, at said first hearing and at the adjournments thereof 'the Court heard and considered written and oral state- ments for and against the granting of said petition, the creation of said dia tract, and the proposed boundaries for said district as described in said petition, and WHEREAS, it appeared to the Court that the lands within the boundaries hereinafter described would be benefited upon the creation of a water control district, the Court did, on the 20th day of October, 1947 make and enter anvorder setting and deter - mining the proper boundaries for said water control district as hereinafter described, and set the final hearing on said petition at the hour of ten o'clock a.m. on the 28th day of November, 1947 in the County Court Room in the County Court Hotise in the City of a Eugene, County of Lane, State of Oregon, and WHEREAS, notice of said final hearing on said petition was duly and regularly published in said Eugene Register - Guard,
