I think that the proposed Ordinance is a <br /> very good idea, and I hope it is implemented by the city. I would also be interested in a copy of <br /> your manual for Erosion Control. If you have an electronic copy, perhaps you could send it <br /> to me. I think Springfield needs a similar ordinance and will be interested in following the <br /> implementation process that your ordinance follows.
