Recommendations affecting on -site drainage area not included in the LSP. <br /> Alternative Curb and Gutter Options See discussion of Storm Drainage and Treatment Facilities, <br /> above. <br /> Alternative Materials for Paving The LSP does not address alternative paving materials.. <br /> Reduce Trip Lengths and VMT Street connection standards and private street standards are both <br /> recommended in the LSP; both should reduce out -of- direction travel caused by a disconnected <br /> street system and work to promote more direct routes to destinations. These changes favor <br /> increased use of alternative modes of transportation.
