In this study water quality is <br /> separated from flood control and the result is that only 9% answered 'yes' to both questions; <br /> ways in which the City manages stormwater for water quality, and ways in which the City <br /> manages stormwater for flood control and drainage services. <br /> As was the case in the Benchmark study, awareness of these activities is higher among home <br /> owners and those living in single dwellings.
