EUGENE'S <br /> STORMWATER SAMPLING RESULTS <br /> (For the first 5 Sampling Events) <br /> Sediments Levels of TSS were higher in Eugene than they <br /> were from NURP but comparable to regional <br /> studies (with the exception of the commercial <br /> site). <br /> Nutrients Samples from the commercial site were higher <br /> than NURP and regional data. Results from the <br /> remaining stations were similar to NURP and <br /> regional data. <br /> Nutrient levels in the Amazon were at levels <br /> where they may pose a potential problem during <br /> low flow conditions. <br /> Metals Metals levels were comparable to NURP and <br /> regional. levels (with the exception of the <br /> industrial stations). <br /> Water quality criteria were exceeded for copper <br /> and zinc at four out of the six sites. <br /> . <br /> Copper levels at the commercial site were higher <br /> than results from NURP and other regional <br /> studies. <br />
